For braided wigs.
1.How can I get a wig customized just for me?
You can simply send us a hair email at .com with measurements of head size and the style you would like. Please include all the details, like wig type. (full lace wig, frontal wig, or closure wig and style details.
2.How long will it take before I get my wig?
In stock wigs, it takes about 3-7 day for us to get it processed and up to 7 days for shipping.
For customized wigs, the process time is 4 weeks and up to 7 days for shipping.
We do have an option for faster shipping,
Our turnaround time is 4 weeks maximum; we take pride in our work and all our wigs are handmade so it may take us longer. Please bear with us during holidays, sale and this pandemic outbreak. We love to get your wig to you as soon as your order however some delays may be beyond control. We promise to keep notified with every update.
3.How heavy are our wigs?
Our standard weight for a full lace wig is about 1.1lbs – 2.2lbs. The weight of our wigs depends on the length and style of the wigs. For an example full lace single braid wigs are heavier than cornrow style wigs. If you are getting a customized wig, you can request a light weighted wig and we will do our very best to make it less heavy as possible.
4.Can I wash my wig?
YES! Your wig is like your real hair. You must take proper care of it. Taking good care of the wig will make it last longer. Wash your wig from time to time with Luke water and shampoo, allow it to air dry or sit it under a hair dryer.
5.How long will my wig last for?
If you take proper care of our wig, it may last up to 5 years.
6.How can I shower with my wig on?
You may shower with your wig on as long you tie it up and try to avoid hot steam. Hot steam may cause your glue to turn white or lift your lace glue. Remember that our wigs are also glue less so you may simply take the wig off to shower.
7.Can I wear my wig without glue?
Yes, you may wear your wig glue less all our wigs come with an elastic band underneath the wig, an adjustable strap-on and combs to hold the wig perfectly in place.
8.What is the standard cap size?
Our standard cap size is medium (22in). Everyone has a different head size; we recommend that you take a measuring tape and measure the circumference of your head.

11.Do we offer installment payment?
Yes, you may make a payment plan only if you are getting a custom wig.
However, a nonrefundable deposit is required.
12.What does knot bleach mean?
We use this process to lighten the knots to create an illusion, making it more natural appearance.

For our hair extensions
1. How many bundles do I need?
Depending on how full you would like your hair. We recommend that you use about 2-3 bundles and 3-4 bundles for length 20’ and longer for a natural full look. Each bundle is about 3.5 ounces, remember that the longer the hair the shorter the weft.
2. How long do my bundles last?
Our pride is the quality of our hair. Our hair is 100% virgin!! With proper care hair many last up to 1 year or longer. Please keep in mind that once the hair is colored it is no longer VIRGIN. Make sure the hair is properly shampoo and moisturized.
3. Can I color my bundles?
Yes! you may color it any color u like. You must make sure you are coloring properly and maintaining it.
4. How do I maintain my bundles?
When shampooing, use a shampoo no higher than ph7, use Luke water, and do not massage.
Apply conditioner, comb through the hair with a wide tooth comb ( starting at the ends and working your way up to the scalp) rinse thoroughly and make sure to let it air dry.
